Since 2006, Constance Hotels & Resorts orchestrates a one-week Culinary Festival with the Relais Bernard Loiseau and its enigmatic Chef Patrick Bertron.
The Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau is a prestigious cooking competition, but above all it is a convivial feast enabling professionals and guests who are all driven by the same passion to share some exceptional moments, dedicated to the love and respect for gastronomy.
The main objective of this Festival is to support the exchange, experience and knowledge of the participating professionals, and to gather men & women from very diverse horizons around a common passion: the love of cooking and the art of the table.
