Award-winning MU Restaurant introduces its new �Best of British� � la carte menu. Devised by Chef David Brett the idea is to offer a selection of some of the best traditional dishes from all corners of Britain.
Dishes include Seared Scallop served with Pan Fried Veal Sweet Breads and Saut� Spring Vegetables from Cumbria, North England, Mature Angus Beef and Roasted Shallots with Celeriac Coulis and Pepper Oil from the Pictland, Scotland, Duo of Spring Lamb in Herb Crust, accompanied by Spring Cabbage and Vegetables in Navarin Sauce from Cambria, Wales, and Slow Roasted whole Wood Pigeon served with Peas and Turnips from the Logres, South of England. Chef David has sourced the best & freshest ingredients to bring you the flavours of traditional British cuisine � an unforgettable experience guaranteed.
