What role do men play in women's careers and are men an integral part of the solution when it comes to increasing the number of women in senior management positions?
The next Women in Tourism Leadership Lunch will be held on March 8 at The Plump Duck in World Square, Sydney, and will address these questions and more.
Come along and hear Hook Communications' Peter Hook and Baillie Lodges' Hayley Baillie discuss their experiences at the top end of the tourism industry.
Hook has spent the past 30 years working in businesses such as ABC radio, Accor Hotels, the Tourism Accommodation Association, Kakadu Tourism and Visit Sunshine Coast.
Baillie is the Co-Founder of Baillie Lodges and sits on the Tourism Australia Food and Wine advisory board. She also happens to be the daughter of legendary explorer and entrepreneur, Dick Smith.
A third speaker will be announced in the coming weeks.
Audience members have the opportunity to ask the panellists questions and also win a range of exciting lucky door prizes throughout the event.
Enjoy a casual shared contemporary Chinese meal, a welcome drink and a robust discussion while celebrating International Women's Day 2017 and the theme of 'Be Bold for Change'.
