Holiday Cheer with our CHILDREN'S CHRISTMAS CHOIR

The Lobby Lounge is Hong Kong's most dramatic and panoramic venue to view the spectacular holiday lights on the Hong Kong skyline while listening to traditional Carols.

On the evenings of Monday, December 23– Wednesday, December 25, enjoy Christmas Carols performed by School Choirs in the Lobby.
 
December 23 & 25: 6:00pm – 6:45pm and 7:00pm – 7:45pm.
Christmas Eve, December 24: 7:00pm – 7:45pm and 8:00pm – 8:45pm.

The Lobby Lounge offers a dramatic setting for both the start and finish of festive season gatherings with Hong Kong's great jazz artists performing every evening from 9:00pm onwards.

In addition to festive menus in all of our restaurants, the Lobby Lounge joins in the holiday celebrations with special Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve Dinners.

On Christmas Eve, the Lobby Lounge offers a special 5-course dinner for HK$1,388 per adult / HK$728 per child. On New Year's Eve, enjoy a 6-course dinner for HK$3,088 per adult / HK$1,788 per child.

On New Year's Eve, reserve a table for dinner in any of our restaurants, then join the Countdown Party in the Lobby and dance the night away to the music of the “Red Verse” Band with Asia's leading jazz diva, Jennifer Palor.  With its upbeat party music, including Top 40s tunes, pop music and R&B, the “Red Verse” Band will have everyone in a party mood throughout the evening. As the midnight hour approaches, the band will accelerate the tempo in anticipation of the Countdown, with guests dancing into the early hours of 2020.

The Countdown Party in the Lobby is applicable for Harbourside late seating guests and all other restaurant patrons – with no seating. For non-restaurant patrons, there is a cover charge of HK$788 per person inclusive of a glass of Champagne from 10:00pm onwards (when purchased at the door) or HK$688 per person when purchased on our eShop.

 THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill Festive Semi-Buffet Lunch

In addition to its Weekend Semi-Buffet Lunch, THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill will also be open for a Festive Semi-Buffet Lunch on December 25 & 26 with an elaborate Salad Bar, selection of chargrilled meat and seafood, plus an indulgent dessert buffet.

The source and the origin of the nets' collection is audited and certified by Intertek Hong Kong.  The recovered fishing nets are then recycled and made into compound resin (high density Polyethylene (HDPE). (Around 700,000 tons of fishing nets are abandoned in the ocean every year. They become traps which kill hundreds and thousands of marine life.)

Both baskets include 100% bio-degradable RECYCLED MACARON BOXES which are made of recycled chili veins/seeds and egg shells collected from food factories.
