Head Chef Andrew Birch, previously Senior Sous Chef of the 3AA Rosette and Michelin-starred Montague Arms in Hampshire, presents a carefully mastered selection of treats in the full afternoon tea menu which includes finger sandwiches with delicious fillings such as smoked salmon and cream cheese, alongside warm homemade cakes and refreshing red berry compote, perfect to be lathered on a freshly baked scone.

Fishmore Hall provides a fitting setting to celebrate the tradition of afternoon tea, as it epitomises the intriguing history of the hotel that dates back to the 1800's, and sits overlooking the quaint market town of Ludlow, known for its culinary heritage.

Once a private house, this home from home ambience continues in to Forelles, the hotels fine dining restaurant that holds 3 AA rosettes. Fishmore Hall is a Regency-style hotel, owned and run by Acorn Award winner Laura Penman. Laura purchased Fishmore Hall as a derelict property and in 22 weeks transformed it into a boutique 15 bedroom hotel.
