Show appreciation to administrative professionals with a delightful lunch spread at Carousel from 22 to 26 April. Sumptuous highlights such as stir-fried crispy duck confit, wok-fried crabs braised in homemade bibimbap sauce and boneless chicken marinated in mint sauce, available on the newly retrofitted Asian counter, promise to gratify all taste buds. The award-winning buffet restaurant's signature seafood counter also serves up to 12 types of seafood including freshly shucked oysters and Boston lobsters. Guests with a sweet tooth can indulge in Carousel's signature bread and butter pudding served with vanilla sauce and steamed yam paste with gingko nuts.
In celebration of the special occasion, administrative professionals stand a chance to win the grand prize, a Prada Saffiano Lux bag worth over $2,500, when they dine in the restaurant during the week. Two 50ml Chloé Parfums worth over $200, are to be won during the daily draw. Diners will also receive a set of L'occitane bathroom amenities, with our compliments.
