Join in the festive celebrations as Gourmet Carousel presents a lavish feast for all. Created by the culinary talents of Royal Plaza on Scotts, indulge in the wonderful selection of rotisseries and sweet treats with family and friends during this festive season.
Begin the feast with a Traditional Roast Turkey, garnished with garlic buttered potatoes, seasonal vegetables, chestnut stuffing, cranberry sauce and giblet sauce. Those who prefer stronger flavours can pick the Turkey Masala, a North-Indian inspired dish with jeera pulao (cumin rice), marinated minced chicken stuffing with mint and cashew nuts, vegetable kurma and tomato butter sauce.
Enjoy festive goodies such as the Traditional English Fruit Cake, Homemade German Dresden Stollen and Homemade Italian Panettone. A special addition to this year's menu is the Pistachio Raspberry Rose, a pistachio almond sponge sandwich with rose mousseline and raspberry marmalade.
Choose from a selection of festive log cakes handcrafted by the pastry team from Gourmet Carousel, such as Cherry Royale, made with Pur Caraibe chocolate mousse, black cherry mascarpone crémeux and moist chocolate sponge with royaltine, Citrus Twist, made with mango and passion fruit Jivara chocolate mousse layered with rich chocolate macadamia sponge, and Litchi-licious, made with lychee mousse with chestnut crémeux.
