Savour specially curated dishes both rich in culture and taste. From the majestic Ambul Thial of Kingfish to King Tiger Prawn Tortellini, there is something for every palate. Other renditions include Modern Prawn Kottu, lightly garnished with roasted coconut shards, garlic chips and peanut, and Modern Wattalapaan, served with spiced coconut cream, rich in flavour yet light and creamy.

For a healthier selection, give the Vegetarian Pumpkin Curry with Brinjal Roti a try. A combination of three recipes in a dish, these delectable dishes still taste as succulent when consumed separately. Curry lovers can also look forward to the fragrant Sri Lanka Snapper Curry which is laced with condiments such as tamarid puree, coconut sambal and oven toasted tomatoes. Sink your teeth into the perfected cooked crisp snapper before ending your palette in style with the refreshing taste of Strawberries and Cream with Ceylon Strawberry Afternoon Tea.

About Peter Kuruvita

Peter Kuruvita is a well-known chef in Australia and cooks around the globe most of his life. Not only a chef, he is also a restaurateur, TV presenter, author and restaurant consultant. His greatest break-through was being the mastermind of an award-winning restaurant, 'Flying Fish Restaurant & Bar'. He has successfully led the kitchen team as Executive Chef for 8 years, creating modern dishes with a strong seafood focus and great reputation. Whipping up dishes behind the closed doors of his grandmother's traditional kitchen back in Sri Lanka has cultivated his love and passion for cooking. With his childhood being his inspiration, he has launched his first cook book titled “Serendip – My Sri Lanka Kitchen” and a first TV series “My Sri Lanka with Peter Kuruvita”. “My Sri Lanka” was nominated for the 'The Rockies' Banff World Media Awards 2012' and Peter nominated for an Australian 'Logies 2012 Award' in the “Best New Male Talent” category.
