The two-night Capella Under the Stars New Year Experience begins on Thursday 31st December with welcome Champagne in the room on arrival for all guests. The pool will be transformed into a floating stage for the evenings al fresco entertainment including a guest performance from Karina Serbina, soprano from the world famous Bolshoi Theater in Moscow followed by DJ duo Brahms & Co from Paris to keep the celebrations going well into the night. DJs Brahms & Cos original and classy musical performance incorporates soulful jazz, rare grooves, latin, lounge, electro and funky house music. Their style of dj wizardry has made them famous across the world from their regular nights at Buddha Bar in Paris to their work with fashion houses such as Dior and Gucci.

For the morning after, the Recovery Brunch on New Years Day at The Knolls provides all the essential hangover cures. Suite or manor guests can choose alternatively to have in-room breakfast for ultimate relaxation.

After a relaxing day, Capella welcomes guests to the ballroom for an evening fashion extravaganza complete with a four-course dinner. Fashion and theatre costume designer Josef Statkus will be showcasing his chic couture collection at Capella Singapore, with shoes from world famous designer Manolo Blahnik. Lithuanian Josef Statkus counts Naomi Watts, Kyra Sedgewick and Princess Mary of Denmark among his clients.

After dinner, Bobs Bar heats up for the evening serving after dinner mojitos, Champagne and specially imported Tsarskaya Vodka with DJs Brahms & Co back on the decks.

For the third and final day of celebrations on Saturday 2 January, the pace relaxes and guests are encouraged to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the hotel, enjoy the spectacular view and relax over the Grill & Chill barbecue lunch served at The Knolls.
