Cape Grace Announces 2015/16 Food and Wine Pairing Lineup

Cape Grace Hotel

Cape Grace has announced their anticipated 2015/16 Food and Wine Pairing Menu lineup, which is available for booking, seven days a week, in the award winning Signal Restaurant.

Ever popular with food and wine enthusiasts, Cape Grace Wine Experience Manager, Martin Drotsky, has collaborated with resident Executive Chef, Malika van Reenen to once again promise guests an unforgettable dining experience, in one of Cape Town's most coveted venues, overlooking the V&A Waterfront yacht basin.

Says Drotsky: “Each six course menu will expertly pair the subtle nuances of the Cape's finest wines, with fresh seasonal dishes, drawing on the Cape's colourful heritage for which Chef Malika is so well renowned.”

The pairing menu, which will change periodically, along with the invited participating wine estates, started this month with Dombeya and Haskell wines, both of which hail from the Stellenbosch region.

The line-up for the rest of the year is as follows:

Rustenberg - Stellenbosch History 1682 - 17 March – 27 April

Groote Post - Taste of Darling - 28 April – 8 June

Newton Johnson - Heaven on Earth - 9 June – 27 July
