Mantra Canberra Hotel
The 176-room Mantra Canberra Hotel is being built in the central city garden suburb of Turner on the corner of Canberra's main thoroughfare Northbourne and Macarthur Avenues. Opening August 2017, the full-service hotel will offer a mix of 136 hotel rooms and 40 suites over eight levels. The Mantra group currently boasts 300 rooms across three Canberra city properties – Peppers, Mantra and Breakfree – providing visitors with options spanning luxury, mid-range and economy hotel accommodation.
Abode Hotel
A new 160-room Abode Hotel will be the centrepiece of GEOCON's latest mixed-use project 'Midnight' at 92 Northbourne Avenue, Braddon in the heart of Canberra. Midnight will consist of three integrated buildings with the Abode Hotel wrapped around an internal courtyard at the core of the complex. The nine-storey project will include 250 private apartments as well as commercial and retail space on the ground and first levels. The activated street frontage has been designed to facilitate pedestrian access through the building for transit from the Eloura Street light rail stop, which is currently in development and due for completion mid-2018.

Visitors to the popular Murrumbateman wineries in the Canberra District will benefit from a new hotel to be built by the Geocon Group who own four Abode Hotels in the ACT.
Abode Murrumbateman Hotel
Visitors to the popular Murrumbateman wineries in the Canberra District – a 30-minute drive from the CBD – will benefit from a new hotel being built in the area by the Geocon Group, the owners of four Abode Hotels across the ACT. The 52-room Abode Murrumbateman hotel will be built within the Fairley residential development (owned by Shaw Wineries owner Graham Shaw) and it is expected to increase accommodation in the area by 30 percent. The project has received overwhelming support from nearby wineries including Helm Wines, Yarrh Wines and McKellar Ridge Wines. Opening is scheduled for late 2017.
