A new hotel brand is recruiting - but they don't want the usual waiters, housekeeping, maintenance or front office staff. They are advertising for “musicians, dancers, jugglers, poets, singers, volleyball and football players,  painters, craftsmen, movers, shakers and candlestick makers!” 

C Resorts by Constance is all about vibrant, convivial lifestyle hotels for guests who want to escape the humdrum challenges of everyday existence and reconnect with their inner child in an environment that allows them to let go and relax. The first hotel is opening in Mauritius at the end of this year and they are then looking to expand throughout the Indian Ocean, Africa and Southeast Asia.   

C Resorts are therefore seeking staff who will interact with guests and encourage their more playful side, reminding them of the immense pleasure that can be found in simple childhood activities.  Creative people are needed to bring the C experience to life through fun and authentic activities. The whole resort will be built around the concept of 'Nature's Playground' with grown-up swings scattered throughout the grounds; a giant musical shower on the beach in the shape of a jelly fish; an outdoor fitness studio using equipment made from natural materials; sociable group hikes, a club house on the beach with endless games and giant floating mattresses and sundowners drinks with guest DJ's. 

C Mauritius is officially opening in February 2019 with a soft opening from 15 December 2018.
