• Millennium Park and its stunning Anish Kapoor "Cloud Gate" sculpture, affectionately known at "The Bean," attract millions each year
• Stunning skyscrapers like the Trump International Hotel + Tower and Aqua Tower were added to the Chicago skyline, furthering the city's architectural legacy
• The Art Institute of Chicago added the Modern Wing, a new home for the museum’s collection of 20th- and 21st-century art, making the Art Institute the second-largest art museum in the United States
• Five of Chicago's theatre companies hold regional Tony-awards - more than any other city in the nation
