Caf� Kool restaurant at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong presents an enticing seafood promotion in its Thursday dinner buffet throughout April 2009. The highlights include a huge seafood tower consisting of fresh chilled abalone, Alaska crab leg, spot crab, mantis jumbo shrimp and other crustaceans.
Renowned for its live-action buffets with six open kitchens, the Asian kitchen offers Thai styled Stir-fried Soft Shell Crab, Steamed Coconut Rice with Scallop and XO Sauce and Steamed Garoupa Scented with Ginger, while the Western kitchen offers Bouillabaisse, Slow-baked Whole Salmon with Fresh Herbs and Seafood Fritters.
