Bubblisimo Weekend Brunch with Hangover Cures and More at W Taipei

“Brunch is a combination of two words, Breakfast and Lunch. Like Brunch, the word Bubblisimo is also composed of two words－ “Bubbles” and “Belissimo”- which means wonderful or beautiful in Italian,” says Vivian Lin, Director of Beverage and Food of W Taipei, “we have started signature Bubblisimo Brunch on Sundays since November 2011. It has been so successful that we will now not only extend the promotion to both Saturdays and Sundays, but also adding more fun elements- The Hangover Cures, Sweet Tooth’s Paradise, Seafood Bar, Egg Station and more designed by Executive Chef Nicolas de Visch.”

Guests will find Hangover Cures dishes such as Fruity Smoothies, Bloody Mary, Miso soup, mini steak sandwich, Dosa- dishes with necessary fluids and nutrients like fructose, vitamins and minerals that can help to alleviate the post-party symptoms.  The Seafood Bar is another highlight with king crab legs, fresh oysters, blue swimmer bran, scallops, and smoked salmon. The Salad Bar provides a vast selection of fresh vegetables and foreign cheeses. The Scottish Soft Roll Bacon Fried Eggs from the Egg Station is also a must try. There are great varieties at the Cold & Hot Station that rotate regularly and among the others are the grand selections of Asian of dim sum, roasted duck and pork, wok-friend seasonal vegetables and International antipasti, hors d’oeuvres and entrees. One can never miss out the two signature dishes of Roasted Ribeye with rosmary, garlic, roasted potato, Yorkshire pudding and black truffle jus, and Roasted Pork Knuckle with caraway seed, garlic, sauerkraut, apple jam and sweet potato crispy at the Carving Station. The all time favorite pancakes served at your choice of caramelized banana, maple syrup, honey, whip cream, chocolate sauce, strawberry sauce at the Pancake Station, in addition, Sweet Tooth’s Paradise with more than 50 kinds of delectable desserts of cotton candy, assorted cookies, cupcakes, chocolate fondue etc at Woobar making this a Sparkling Weekend Brunch Buffet like no other.

Both Woobar and the kitchen table have soaring ceilings and are in adjacent to WET- the outdoor swimming pool.  The whole “urban beach” and “vacation escape” atmosphere is what the guests will feel when they dine in the venues.
