Glasgow based Brooklyn Travel is celebrating its phenomenal success in the 2023 Best Workplaces in Travel Awards. Competing against many high profile travel companies, Brooklyn Travel brands picked up three awards at the prestigious event, including Happiest Workplace Award (winner) and Best Workplace Small Company (third place) for Santa Claus Trips, and Best Workplace Mid-sized Company (second place)  for CruiseKings.

The distinguished awards are based on detailed employee feedback and were introduced to help increase employee engagement and improve the travel industry's reputation as a fantastic industry to work in. Staff were surveyed as part of the award process. They were asked to identify what was most important to them in the workplace, and to rate their employer in terms of performance against those criteria, providing detailed insight into their workplace environment.
