To showcase this delectable drop, the bar team have custom created a Choc-o-Luxe Cocktail starring the Baileys Chocolat Luxe, two muddled strawberries, Frangelico, Kahlua, the hotel’s very own honey (harvested from hives maintained on the roof!) and cream. The cocktail is then muddled, shaken and strained into a chilled martini glass and garnished with a strawberry.
