Pre-dinner aperitifs can be taken in the stylish sea facing Cocktail Bar where an appealing array of bespoke cocktails, English Wines and premium spirits whet the appetite.

The 5 course Gourmet menu have been created by highly acclaimed Head Chef, Andrew Vitez and will prove to be the highlight of your stay. All dishes are prepared with the finest, seasonal ingredients (local whenever possible) to ensure the optimum quality, intense flavour and freshness at all time. Through the evident skills and creative flair of Andy and his team, The Restaurant at Drakes has once again been awarded the highest score of all Brighton restaurants in The Good Food Guide 2018 – for the ninth consecutive year.

The superb Wine list, provides an excellent range of New and Old World as well as a selection of award winning Sussex Sparkling wines. Wine pairing with the Gourmet menu is available to ensure each course is compliment perfectly.

After dinner, and perhaps a little walk along the seafront in the crisp air, return to the Bar where the ambience is of timeless elegance, one of 'home from home' and you can complete the evening with a warming Cognac or Brandy of your choice. Absorb the atmosphere, admire the fabulous sea views and enjoy the experience whilst remaining cosy and feeling truly cosseted.

The bespoke bedrooms provide stylish accommodation to relax, digest and further savour the atmosphere and delights of the evening.
