Brides-to-be are shying away from a typical spa weekend or alcohol-fuelled pre-wedding city break in favour of the great outdoors, as a new trend for hen do's emerges across the UK.

The Adrenahen package has been launched by Tree Top Adventure in North Wales, to meet this growing demand from brides seeking an adventurous pre-wedding party that also helps them fit into their wedding dress.

As the outdoor adventure destination has seen an increase in hen party bookings and enquiries by 20% in the last year, they have developed the 'Adrenahen' package for women looking to be trained by their ex-military teams and experience the UK's premier high rope course.

Hens can also 'take the plunge' on the Powerfan Plummet, the worlds' highest Powerfun Parachute Simulator which launches hens from over 31m in the trees. For hens seeking a serious adrenaline rush, they can climb aboard the Sky Ride, Euorpe's highest and first five seater Giant Swing, hoisting groups over 80ft in their air over the scenic Conwy Valley.

The exciting outdoor activities and pursuit destination is used by the Army and Navy and even put Prince William through his paces in 2013.

The package includes the Tree Top Adventure high ropes course, Powerfan Plummet and Sky Ride. Canyoning, climbing waterfalls, jumping into plunge pools and climbing rock traverses can also be added to the package upon request.
