São Paulo – For the third consecutive year, Brand USA, the public-private partnership charged with promoting international tourism to the United States, welcomes the travel trade industry in Brazil during WTM Latin America, in partnership with co-exhibitors from all across the United States. The Brand USA booth will be located at stands H34 and H34A, in Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo, and will be open for all travel professionals that are interested in learning more about the country as a premium destination. In addition, during the show, Brand USA will officially launch its online training platform named USA Discovery Program.
The platform, which is the first in Brazil to feature all 50 states, five territories and the District of Columbia, offers training, fun quizzes, and profound content broken down into different modules such as regions or experiences. The tool also provides access to an online community where tour operators can share knowledge, ask questions and interact with other peers. In the future, registered users will be placed into a prize draws to win prizes, trips and more, as they complete each module and become USA Specialists. According to Renata Saraiva, Brand USA representative in Brazil, “the USA Discovery program is a user-friendly platform. that allows registered users to learn first hand about the local stories and travel experiences available in the United States.”
The USA Discovery program will be regularly updated with content from partners, advanced modules, quizzes and various information from the United States. Sections focused on culinary, nightlife and entertainment will empower tour operators to talk to clients with confidence about all the different types of holidays available in the United States.
