Bolsover Cruise Club has beaten nationwide competition to scoop the top spot in the Travel Weekly Mystery Shopper feature.
A weekly feature in the Travel Weekly industry magazine, Mystery Shopper compares UK travel agents in their quest to find the very best agent for their advice and product knowledge, customer service and overall experience. The magazine has mystery shopped cruise specialists just twice, with Bolsover Cruise Club coming out on top on both occasions.
Bolsover Cruise Club soared above the competition with an amazing 90%, while Cruise.co.uk achieved 81% and Iglu Cruise came in third place with 60%. Senior Sales Consultant Kirsty Briddon handled the call from Travel Weekly and was described by the mystery shopper as enthusiastic and knowledgeable, offering first-class service throughout.
