Hibiscus Room and Grey Goose Essences have collaborated to curate an exclusive cocktail menu to party it up this spring! Immerse yourself in flavour with the taste of fresh fruit essences. Made with all-natural ingredients, carefully crafted with Grey Goose Vodka, these botanically-infused spirits have unique and vibrant flavours. Available in three flavours: Strawberry & Lemongrass, Watermelon & Basil, and White Peach & Rosemary; you'll be savouring every sip. 

Executive Chef Krisztian has created a dedicated bar bites menu that showcases seasonal and local produce while paying respect to the venues retro inspired, 70's-80's era. Chef's signature small plate that are a must to experience include: Macaroni and Cheese Croquettes, Beer Battered Perch Fillets, Grilled Flat Bread with Hummus, Onion Dip and Baba Ganoush, Garlic Prawn Pizza and premium Charcuterie boards.

Every Friday night from 5 PM – 9 PM, party poolside at Hibiscus Room with live music showcasing the best of soul, funk, 70s, 80s and classic hits! You'll find splashes of Grey Goose throughout the venue and a gorgeous photo wall to ensure you get that perfect picture for the gram!
