Bintan Lagoon Resort Unveils New Logo

Bintan Lagoon Resort

Bintan Lagoon Resort has unveiled a new brand identity which marks a significant milestone for the resort. The new identity takes a form of a sun and sea waves symbols epitomising a friendlier, more vibrant impression.

Lively colours associated in the new logo suggest it to be less austere and conservative but more energetic, youthful and dynamic.

The new identity was announced by Group General Manager, Mr Robert Ramey who commented, The changes to the visual identity are tiny components to the brand evolution. In our effort to remain committed to this progression, we must be effectively relevant to the trends and market outlook.

A testament to this commitment is the recent completion of 100 refurbished rooms which is part of the S$15.26 million upgrading programme. Development is still ongoing to the remaining rooms due for completion in the second quarter of 2009.

The transformation is seeing dramatic enhancement emphasising the luxury resort setting with iconic wave-inspired wall feature, seashell styled wardrobe handles, and warm colours and textures that extend across the soft furnishings and rattan light fittings. Among the key features of the newly redesigned guest rooms are a brand new built-in refreshment unit and a flat-screen television.

Yet another development is the recent completed renovation works of the championship 18-hole Ian Baker-Finch Woodlands Course to augment the playability experience of the golfers and offers flexibility in play to the less experienced. Among other highlights include better turf quality with an impressive elevation from tee to green and an improved drainage system to provide better playing conditions during rainy weathers.

The change will see the adaptation of the new logo on marketing collaterals, website and hotel packaging over the course of the next two years.
