Before Arrival: To eliminate the time for registration upon arrival, online registration is offered via sending a mail with our registration form signed from your side and any additional documents necessary for check-in: National IDs or passports, birth certificates for kids, marriage certificates & deposit receipts to Centralreservation@savoy-sharm.com. 

Arrival and Check-in at hotel:

·       A swab will be taken upon arrival at the airport for those who don't have PCR certificates before.

·       The second swab for whom tested +ve will be taken from “Pyramid hospital,” and transportation will be through the travel agency/individual.

·       In case the guest's result is positive, the guest will be isolated in the quarantine building and his roommates and family till further PCR test to be –ve.

·       All guests' temperature will be taken using a non-contact infra-red thermometer at the hotel entrance and daily at restaurants' entrances.

·       Guests running a temperature of more than 37.5 C will be directed to the closest hospital/medical facility.

·       Guest luggage will be disinfected and cleaned by the entrance upon arrival.

·       Valet service will not be available.

·       The social distancing of at least two meters should be maintained all the time.

·       Handshaking, hugs, and kisses, etc. are all prohibited.

·       All check-in procedures to be done through a QR code in the reception area.

·       It's recommended to use your own pen or a single-use pen to fill in any required documents.

·       It's recommended to use a credit/debit card rather than cash to settle your payments.

Accommodation: Personal Protective Equipment PPE (Face masks, Gloves, and Sanitizer tissues) will be provided in all guest rooms; therefore, kindly admit wearing and using it (available upon request).
