Bali, Indonesia (27th of January 2014) - Bale Udang opened its first restaurant in December 2009 as Indonesian cuisine restaurant which offers an authentic experience of eating on the water with the countryside nuanced in the middle of hustle-bustle Denpasar and Kuta and has become the pioneer in Bali. On 28th of January 2014, Bale Udang will be opened in Ubud, known as Bale Udang Ubud, following the successfulness of Bale Udang Kuta.
By presenting a distinctive Indonesian cuisine, Bale Udang Ubud has managed to add a variety of dining options in Ubud - Bali as the famous destinations, for both local and foreign tourists. Udang Bakar Madu, Sup Kelapa Udang, and Gurame Bumbu Cobek are the most favorite options at Bale Udang along with the other variations of the menu which are certainly delicious.
Surrounded by a vast fish pond with the sound of splashing water and instrumental music while enjoying the view of rice fields and a silhouette of mountain, we managed to bring the feel of calm and soothing.
