Backyard Travel Appoint New Marketing Manager: Christian Sutton
Bangkok, Thailand (June 23, 2014) – Backyard Travel, the online boutique travel agency specializing in unique and insider tours to Asia, have recently appointed a new Marketing Manager from the UK to add to their dynamic team.
Based in their head office in Bangkok, Christian Sutton has a wealth of experience, having worked in different senior roles within the travel industry for nearly a decade.
Prior to moving to Bangkok he was working in London as the Product Development Manager for independent tour operator Railbookers and brings with him vast expertise on a wide range of disciplines.
“I feel privileged to join such a knowledgeable and energetic team”, said Christian. “Backyard Travel's philosophy of offering tours that provide authentic experiences, which get inside the true soul of a destination, really attracted me to the company. Brought up in Asia as a child, Christian knows the continent inside out. This knowledge of Backyard Travel's destinations, aligned with his in-depth understanding of all facets of the industry means that he has been warmly welcomed as an important addition to the company.
