PERTH, WA — Substance Restaurant & Bar at Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch is launching a new weekly Sunday Roast experience, bringing affordable, community-focused dining to the heart of Perth's growing Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct.

Priced at $35 per person, the Sunday Roast will be available every Sunday in winter from May 31. It offers guests a classic, chef-prepared roast with all the traditional accompaniments, including roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, roast carrots, cauliflower gratin, Yorkshire puddings and rich house-made gravy. Rotating roast selections will feature premium local produce and seasonal flavours designed to bring people together over comforting, generous meals.

Located within the bustling Murdoch Hospital precinct, Substance Restaurant has become a popular dining destination for healthcare workers, local residents, hotel guests and families visiting the area. The launch of the Sunday Roast reflects growing demand for relaxed, high-quality dining experiences that foster connection and community.
