Avis is excited and privileged to be a part of the 2013 Comrades Marathon - the world's largest and oldest ultra marathon.
Avis is the Official Car Rental Supplier for the 86.9km kilometres ultra marathon which is set to take place between Durban and Pietermaritzburg on 2 June 2013. Avis' involvement in the race is part of the company's goal to partner with various running clubs.
The Comrades Marathon is a cherished national treasure and attracts thousands of runners, spectators and television viewers from around the world. This year's marathon is an "up run", starting in Durban at 05h30 and finishing in Pietermaritzburg at 17h30.
