The Travel Bootcamp announces the Stayz juggernaut as a gold sponsor for their upcoming event in Queenstown, New Zealand.
The Australian holiday rental website has recently expanded to an international audience, now controlling a portfolio of more than 2 million global properties, in over 190 different countries. The company’s mission is to ‘connect travellers with the people and places they love’.
“Stayz have been an enduring figure in the industry for some twenty years now. It’s a widely known, well-loved brand responsible for connecting thousands of travellers to authentic holiday experiences every day,” said Bootcamp co-founder Lauren Bath. “We’re very pleased to be welcoming them to The Bootcamp family.”
“We’re very pleased to be a part of the event and support a fellow Australian brand,” said Simone Scoppa, Head of PR and Social for Stayz. “The opportunity to support and promote the next-generation of digital storytellers was really compelling for us as we launch into international destinations as a business, and we are wrapped that the industry leaders at The Travel Bootcamp wanted to have us on board too.”
Stayz is The Travel Bootcamp’s second event sponsor to be announced, following its newly formed alliance with TravMedia.
Earlier this week, National Geographic’s Sarah Polger was the first guest-speaker to be included in the event line-up.
Polger will join event co-founders: travel magazine editor Georgia Rickard, Australia’s first professional Instagrammer Lauren Bath, and world’s top ten female travel blogger Liz Carlson to speak at the October event.
Further event announcements are due to follow.
