Aboriginal art trail itineraries launched, Northern Territory Tourism NT � Australia�s Northern Territory � has launched a series of Aboriginal art trails in the Territory�s Top End and in Alice Springs. The new trails offer visitors the opportunity to explore the NT�s art experiences and to learn about the significance of art to the world�s oldest living culture. There are a range of travel options including quick trips by private plane or helicopter, independent drives, longer more relaxing cruises, guided island tours and luxury camping on a guided four wheel drive. Port Lincoln Hotel opening next month, South Australia Port Lincoln Hotel is a four star hotel that is due to open in November 2007. The hotel will be the largest in the Eyre Peninsula region on South Australia�s coast at a development valued at more than A$45 million (approx �20 million). Blue Mountains Ghost Tours, New South Wales Experience the dark side of the Blue Mountains with on a ghost tour in the Blue Mountains. The tour starts on the �ghost bus� which transports visitors to an historic guest house dating back to 1867, where the hallways are believed to be haunted by past residents. The tour goes deep into the Valley to visit an 1820�s cemetery, as well as visiting other spooky sites including �the hanging tree� where convicts were believed to be hung without trial. Rawnsley Park guided walking tours introduced, South Australia Rawnsley Park, located in the Flinders Ranges, has introduced daily guided walking tours of two and three-hours. The �High Life Walks�, as they are called, take in the scenic lower slopes of Rawnsley Bluff as guests are taken by 4WD vehicle to the start of a 3km circuit walk. The walk traverses exposed spinifex and mallee ridges, the sheltered woodland of Highlife Creek and Bonney Sandstone Lookout, providing stunning views of Rawnsley Park Station and the Elder Range. At the end of the walk, guests are treated to a �bush breakfast�, including fresh fruit, sausages, eggs, juice and �billy tea�.
