At that point, employees will be eligible to receive a cash payment of up to 12 months of their earnings depending on how long they have been with the company. The paymentwill range from up to 25% of earnings for those with three years' service and up to 100% for those who have worked for Audley for six years or more.
This scheme enhances Audley's position as one of the leading travel companies to work for. Audley regularlywins business awards and has just been voted as the Telegraph's Top Tour Operator for 2016. In addition to the newly introduced partnership scheme, the company offers many otherbenefits for employees including childcare support, free fruit, sports classes and gym facilities, an extensive social calendar and an in-house travel agent to find the best deals for personal holidays.
Audley puts its success down to the fact that everything the company does is focused on ensuring its clients receive the best possible experience from start to finish. This is highlighted by the fact the business benefits from high levels of loyalty with a large number of repeat customers and referrals.
Audley launched in 1996 and now employs over 500 people in its offices in Witney, London and Boston in the USA. There are 17 brochures in Audley's current portfolio covering destinations worldwide. Ian Simkins, Audley Chief Executive, commented:
“Audley's strong performance over recent years is primarily down to the contribution and commitment of our employees. The introduction of our partnership scheme aims to recognise their contribution to date as well as reward their future involvement in our business success".
