Aude At The France Show: Rolling Vineyards, Golden Coastlines And So Much More...

Languedoc-Roussillon

The French department of Aude, a Sud de France destination, will be taking the trip across the channel for this weekend’s France Show in Earls Court, 17 – 19 January 2014. On stand L40 “La Narbonnaise, Surprenante Méditerranée” come and meet representatives from the Aude who will be able to fill you in on everything this beautiful and diverse part of France has to offer.

Sud de France is the southern French region of Languedoc-Roussillon, spanning the Mediterranean coast from the Spanish border as far as the Camargue and the Rhone valley. The Aude is a major and emblematic part of the Sud de France region, nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.

Present at the France Show as part of the Aude destinations is Le Grand Narbonne, representing Aude’s 50km of Mediterranean coastline and endless vineyards, as well as the beautiful and historic town of Narbonne and the Narbonne National Park (Parc Naturel Regional de la Narbonnaise). A perfect destination for wine tourism the Aude is a paradise for wine-lovers, with appellations such as Fitou, Minervois, Corbières and the famous sparkling wine Blanquette de Limoux to name but a few. Don’t forget to visit the wine theatre too where Susy Atkins will be giving masterclasses on Sud de France wine from this incredible area.
