Following the grounding of Ansett aircraft today, Voyages Hotels and Resorts have announced a series of special measures to assist Ansett customers staying at their properties at Ayers Rock Resort, Alice Springs Resort and Kings Canyon Resort.

Voyages will be offering the following customers a 50% discount on accommodation for the seven days to Thursday 20 September 2001.

� Ansett Holidays voucher holders � Stranded passengers requiring extra nights accommodation

In addition, Voyages Hotels and Resorts will be waiving all cancellation fees for anyone who is forced to cancel over the next seven days because they were booked on an Ansett flight.

We have set up help desks at our Resorts to assist passengers who have been affected by the cancellation of flights and we are working closely with coach, air and rail providers to find alternative means of transport for guests staying in our properties.
