Swire Hotels and Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes are pleased to announce an agreement that welcomes the hotel group as the latest partner of Asia Miles.

Starting from 1st September 2008, Asia Miles members will be able to earn 500 miles for every hotel stay.

Future properties from Swire Hotels will include a 117-room luxury hotel opening in Pacific Place, Hong Kong next year and a 90-room hotel at TaiKoo Hui in Guangzhou opening in 2010. Swire Hotels will also be managing a 345-room lifestyle business hotel called EAST, opening in Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong in 2009, and developing a collection of luxury boutique hotels in regional English towns and cities.

The Opposite House, a 99-room hotel was recently opened at The Village in Beijing�s shopping, dining and entertainment district of Sanlitun. It has taken Beijing�s hotel scene by storm with an innovative and contemporary approach to service, cutting edge design from world-renowned architect Kengo Kuma and groundbreaking restaurants and bars conceived by celebrated chef restaurateur David Laris.
