With international travel halted for the time being due to the coronavirus, the operator is determined to awaken the wanderlust in their travel-loving customers and fellow agents by hosting online tours.

The online tours make up a series named 'Around the World from your Armchair' and take viewers on a virtual trip to some of Wendy Wu's best-selling destinations and ventures into newer regions. Each session is hosted by a Wendy Wu Tours expert who guides viewers through the many highlights, must-see attractions and unique experiences found in each destination, with every episode ending with the opportunity for viewers to speak to the expert via a live Q&A session.

So far, these online tours have taken over 500 customers and 200 agents on virtual trips to China and Japan with three dedicated sessions across two days. Wendy Wu Tours has a jam-packed schedule over the next few weeks with every day focussing on a different destination for each 'Around the World from your Armchair' episode, including Latin America, India, Southeast Asia and Central Asia.
