Stepping into the season of spring, two-star Michelin Tin Lung Heen at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is delighted to present a six-course Spring Tea Dinner Menu blending the premium Chinese teas with refined ingredients, offering gourmand ultimate enjoyment of tea and authentic Cantonese cuisine.
"Chinese tea plays an important role in the Chinese dining culture. The wholesome Chinese tea does not only quench thirst and help digesting after a sumptuous feast, its aroma is simply irresistible. The aroma enhances the flavours of the dishes. Therefore, other than drinking tea, we mixed and matched various Chinese teas with refined ingredients to craft a dazzling array of dishes, creating a gastronomic sensory journey for guests." said Paul Lau, Chef de Cuisine of Tin Lung Heen.
Premium teas namely Big Red Robe, Anxi Tieguanyin Iron Buddha and Shi Feng Dragon Well are being adopted with well-selected ingredients such as lobster, abalone, Alaska crab leg and bird's nest. The 6-course dinner menu will entice diners with enthralling dishes including Chilled sliced lamb with Anxi tieguanyin iron Buddha; Sautéed lobster and lily bulbs with Shi feng dragon well; and Poached sliced abalone and big red robe.
