Mews restaurant in Howard Smith Wharves is celebrating the launch of a fresh, new menu by giving Crystalbrook Crowd members who dine by 28 February 2023 the chance to become the muse and win a prize valued at over $3,250, including their own eponymous custom cocktail. Plus, by being a part of the Crystalbrook Crowd, diners enjoy 20% off dinner until the end of February.
Taste the fresh, seasonal flavours of Mews and have a chance at becoming the restaurant's Mews muse for a month. What does becoming the muse involve exactly? The VIP treatment, of course. The winner will receive their own custom cocktail on the Mews menu for the month of March, taste tested at pre-dinner drinks at Fiume Rooftop Bar, followed by a private dinner for nine people in Mews Restaurant with Executive Chef, Tyrone Hunt. To top it off, the winner will stay the night in Crystalbrook Vincent's Two Bedroom River Luxe Suite and recover with complimentary breakfast the following morning.
A continuation of Mews' commitment to locally sourced and sustainable ingredients, Executive Chef, Tyrone Hunt's new menu highlights seasonal produce, ranging from light bites including gin-cured kingfish with squid ink tuile, to more substantial dishes including the Darling Down Sirloin. Hunt brings his creativity and flair back into the everyday, with unique dishes designed to spark conversation and curiosity, such as the Beetroot millefeuille.

Responsible Luxury
Responsible Luxury and sustainability is at the forefront of the way Crystalbrook thinks and operates. At a glance:
- Operating a single use plastic free environment. No plastic straws, water bottles or single use bathroom amenity bottles (in the past two years the Group has saved over three million plastic bottles from entering landfill)
