Imagine a culinary experience that involves indulgent fine dining in an intimate and elegant setting, with ever-changing views of Europe's finest scenery, and you'll have in your mind's eye the Erlebnis Chef's Table Restaurant.
Being introduced as standard on board all Aria and Concerto ships as part of APT's new 'Royal Experience' European River Cruises in 2014, the Erlebnis is an exclusive experience, offered free of charge to all guests.
Seating just 24 people, the restaurant features a glass-enclosed kitchen through which diners can observe their private chef preparing a special six-course degustation menu, served to guests accompanied by free-flowing drinks.
Commenting on this luxurious dining experience, Debra Fox, APT General Manager Marketing, said, "Erlebnis is designed to make our guests feel a million dollars. With fine food, wine and company served in an intimate setting, they'll enjoy a world class luxurious dining experience which has been personally designed by our award-winning executive chef."
The menu will be designed by APT's Executive Chef, Primus Perchtold. With multiple awards to his name, including three gold medals at the European Championship of Culinary Art, guests will be treated to some of the most amazing flavours in Europe.
APT is also the only river cruise operator inducted into La Chaine des Rôtisseurs - one of the world's most prestigious culinary organisations.
