Jetsetter Magazine dives into 2014 with a lineup of exotic adventures and destinations.
Hong Kong- Experiential travel and lifestyle magazine JETSETTER is kicking off 2014 with a Spring issue that's jam-packed with exciting features ready to inspire your travels this year. Leading the way is JETSETTER'S annual Bucket List, a lineup of the best experiential travel for well-heeled yet intrepid travellers.
“The annual Bucket List is not only great fun for the team to put together but is a great way to see how the travel industry is evolving to meet the demands of its experiential travellers,” says JETSETTER managing editor and Artemis Communications founder Nick Walton. “From watching icebergs being born on the frozen fjords of Greenland, to horseback safaris in the Okavango Delta,” this is the ultimate travel list for the year ahead.”
Through this year's spring issue, readers will jet to all four corners of the globe sampling the best experiences on offer. In a new section called The Neighbourhood, Nick Walton checks out Bali's hot Seminyak district. He also spends a few days in the sumptuous seclusion of Phuket's Mai Khao Dream Villa Resort & Spa, and gives readers a rundown of the most exquisite luxury experiences in Scotland, while Gayatri Bhaumik jumps on a Bombardier Challenger 850 and discovers the reasons behind the increasing popularity of private jet travel. In this issue Divia Harilela falls under the spell of Marrakech's enduring mystique, and points readers to the best experiences to be had in Istanbul, while there's also Washington D.C.'s best boutique hotels, 24 hours amid the palaces and markets of Seoul, and a review of the new JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi.
In the regular lifestyle section, learn photographer David Yarrow's creative process; discover a twist on French cuisine with Taiwanese chef Lanshu Chu; read about the reemergence of vermouth; celebrate with Spanish cava; and get behind the wheel of the full-throttled 650S by McLaren.
