Angelini restaurant at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong presents a four-course Sicilian dinner menu, meticulously prepared by Chef Vittorio Lucariello, which is available throughout March 2009. Priced at only HK$780 per person, guests can experience the tastes of southern Italy in a modern relaxing setting.

The set dinner features Chickpea Fritters with Steamed Pink Crab, Citrus and Bergamot; Artisanal Spaghetti with Tuna Belly, Capers, Olives and Fresh Mint; a main course of either Marinated and Grilled Swordfish with Oregano on Crushed Potato Cooked in Ashes and Crispy Artichoke or Roasted Pork Sausage with Tomato Sauce, Aubergine and Sweet Peppers; and ends on a sweet note with Rolled Dried Fruit Cake with Sweet Marsala Wine Gelato.

For an additional HK$398 per person, guests can enjoy three glasses of different wines from Sicily including Schietto Chardonnay dei Spadafora, Don Pietro Rossi dei Spadafora and Schietto Syrah dei Spadafora to complement their dishes.
