Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong�s Angelini Chef Vittorio Lucariello introduces a new Sunday Seafood Pranzo menu featuring a buffet of authentic Italian antipasti, salads, soup and home-made desserts based on the chef�s mama�s recipes, and a choice of chef�s signature dishes from different regions in Italy. Available every Sunday from noon to 3 p.m., the lunch, better known as pranzo in Italy, is complemented with free-flowing Prosecco sparkling wine, fruit juices and one glass of limoncello.

The antipasti spread includes Black Mussel Baked with Bread Crumb; Sicilian Octopus and Potato with Basil Dressing; Marinated Sardines with Shallot and Pine Nuts; Shrimp and Olive Salad; Frittata; Parma Ham; Red Snapper and Green Bean Salad; an assortment of cheeses and cold cuts plus a salad bar that will keep guests satisfied with unlimited servings. Focusing on fresh seasonal produce and the finest ingredients from Italy, flown in three times a week, Chef Vittorio has created different Italian regional cuisine for the main courses such as Linguine with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Shrimp, Garlic and Chilli Peppers from Sardinia; Spinosini with Calamari Ragu from Marche; Roasted Sea Bass with Herb Sauce from Sicily; Mixed Seafood in Spicy Tomato Broth with Grilled Bread from Campania; Oven Baked Lamb Rack with Crispy Polenta from Lazio; Grilled Rosemary Chicken with Roasted Potatoes from Piedmont and Whole Roast Leg of Lamb from the wood stone oven from Tuscany.

To end the meal on a sweet note, guests should not miss Chef Vittorio�s renowned desserts selection enhanced by Panna Cotta with Lime; Hazelnut Napoleon Cake; Tiramisu; Baked Apple Tart; Sicilian-style Cannoli; Chocolate Fountain; Cr�me Caramel; Fresh Fruit Platter; and Gelato and Sorbets. The authentic Italian lunch is priced at only HK$438 per person.
