One Eleven, an adult-only private-pool villa sanctuary in Seminyak, Bali, knows the utmost importance of the perfect start to the day for any guests on a well-deserved getaway, and this is an invitation to an opulent breakfast. A spread of Asian and Continental dishes, prepared with culinary love by your chef and served by your butler, all within the discretion of one's own villa.

Resident Chef Wayan and his team are known for the generosity of their servings and the attention to visual presentation. After all, a good host always shares in abundance. The Daily Breakfast Table includes a spread of pastries and a selection of freshly baked breads and croissants, assorted flavored yoghurts, a choice of cereal, local fruit platter with an accompanying pitcher of choice fresh juices, whilst not neglecting the preferred blend of Nespresso coffee and for the queen, her selection of TWG tea.

With that as just the starters to whet the appetite, the sincerity to satisfy the guests, is the hot breakfast, cooked while one sleeps, watched with appreciation or ignored with anticipation.  There is always a choice of three, which are two Continental and one Asian-inspired dish to choose from. It is not usual for two guests to have all three.  However if a particular dish is preferred, One Eleven is not about the menu, it takes pride in never asking why, always fulfilling the requested craving of each guest.
