AmeriResource Technologies Inc. (�ARES-OTCBB�) and two privately owned companies announced the signing of an agreement that authorizes AmeriResource to purchase 40% equity in 449 Corporation and WDHQ Corporation, franchises of EagleRider.

Upon full implementation, the plan outlines providing an even greater selection of vehicle rental opportunities for customers at various rental centers. This may facilitate expansion into one or more new markets in the U.S.A.�
