AllClear Options, the first and original travel insurance comparison website for people with pre-existing medical conditions, has been re-launched with a faster quotation process and an improved customer journey. AllClear Options was the very first of its kind to give people access to a panel of specialist travel insurance providers that cover pre-existing medical conditions.

Visitors to the new site now have an even simpler journey: the quotation process is quicker and more streamlined such that users can now get a quote within three easy steps and purchase cover within five. A handy new feature is the traveller’s summary, which is present on each page of the quote process so that users can see a reminder of their answers as they progress. Each page also displays FAQs relevant to the question they are being asked in case the user needs more details to inform their answer. As an additional touch, predictive text has been optimised to help people more easily identify their condition from a drop down menu as they type.
