Rooms:

The 233 guestrooms and suites were carefully renovated to reflect The Algonquin's original Victorian style. Modern conveniences and amenities include radiant heat bathrooms, luxurious pillow-top mattresses, plush bathrobes, MP3 players, 32-inch flat screen televisions, and complimentary in-room coffee. The 17 suites provide a separate, private seating area, and select guestrooms and suites feature a spacious balcony.

Most modern hotels have less than 10 room types, but because it was built in stages, The Algonquin had 117 different room sizes and configurations, a charming quirk that was retained during the renovation.
