The Head Chef of Alfie's Beijing's captures the festive spirit with his specially crafted Christmas Eve Dinner menu complimented with a glass of Prosecco or paired with our specially selected wines. The special menu includes Foie Gras Terrine with Port Jelly, Pumpkin and Truffle Honey Soup, Pan-seared scallops with Fennel and Vanilla Espuma, Mulled Wine Sorbet, Australian Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding finished with Chocolate Yule Log Cake, Macadamia Ice-Cream and Cumquat Compote.
For those who prefer to celebrate on Christmas Day or simply would like to indulge in a gastronomic experience, the menu offers delicacies such as Salmon Tartar, Roasted Chestnut Soup, Roast Turkey Roll, Slow-cooked sea-bass with Eggplant Puree, and Christmas pudding with Ginger Ice Cream.
Alfie's Beijing Head Chef elaborated “Christmas is celebrated in different ways around the world so we wanted to create a menu which reflects our British heritage whilst introducing our diners to new taste experiences. Every dish balances a traditional ingredient with a creative twist. For example our salmon fishcakes are served with caper lime dressing and creamed leeks and our pan-seared scallops are cooked with fennel and vanilla espuma. We believe that these menus will be enjoyed by anyone who wants to indulge in a traditional Christmas experience. ”
