Following the launch of Air New Zealand�s service from San Francisco to Auckland on June 30, the airline has announced a partnership with San Francisco-based ANZA Technology Network, a key proponent of technology business exchange between San Francisco, New Zealand and Australia.

Air New Zealand will serve as a gold sponsor of the ANZA Technology Network�s 2004 �Gateway to the USA� conference program, donating six round trip business class tickets between San Francisco and Australia, for a total in-kind value of $45,000. As a new presence in the San Francisco market, Air New Zealand�s assistance will demonstrate their commitment to the alliance of businesses in the international technology sector.

The ANZA Technology Network is an independent, non-profit organization based in San Francisco, whose primary focus is to develop a strong network of Australian, New Zealand and U.S. technology companies, service providers and executives. �This year we will be attracting up to 60 Australia and New Zealand emerging growth technology companies to Silicon Valley to showcase and network with US executives.
