In keeping with Peppers' commitment to find food and wine and it's popular Gourmet Food Trail concept, the Food Safari embodies the natural resources of the abundant region.

Situated a short 30 minute drive from Gold Coast Airport or 90 minutes from Brisbane, the tranquil seaside location in Kingscliff, on northern NSW's Tweed Coast, offers natural settings and purpose built facilities suitable for a myriad of events including conferences, sporting events, product launches and incentives.

Superb conference and meetings space at Mantra on Salt Beach includes the 240 person capacity pillarless Plantation Room offering vehicle access and the ability to be split into 3 small rooms for 80 people; The Pavilion, offering an abundance of natural light and views of the tropical pool for 100 delegates; and the 16 delegate boardroom.

The adjacent Peppers Salt Resort & Spa offers a 400 person pillarless Ballroom, again allowing for reconfiguration into 3 separate rooms of 98 person capacity.
