Get ready for the pièce de résistance, decadent cakes and desserts presented and delivered tableside on a trolley for your very own selection. Choose between a slice of zesty-light lemon cake with white chocolate frosting, rich date cake with salted caramel sauce or Queensland pear and Mascarpone trifle.

Originally from Peru and having spent 14 years in the Canary Islands Spain, Pastry Chef Regina Rabanal has an impressive International and Australian restaurant background.
