Tucan Travel's new tours through Africa have been in demand since their launch in October last year and this demand is expected to grow with the recent announcement from British Airways. Last week the airline said it will increase seat capacity for flights between London and Nairobi during the summer months of July to October 2016. The introduction of the Boeing 747-400s mean a total of 11,200 extra seats for passengers travelling to Kenya.
Tucan Travel have group tours that start in Nairobi ranging from five to 51 days in length. Many of them include game drives in famous safari parks in the region such as the Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. The new tours have been on the road since February 2016 and use custom-built overland trucks to travel around the region. Clients stay in a mixture of comfortable hotels, traditional rondavels and permanent camps.
